Investor relations guidelines
FNM aims enhance and foster dialogue with the financial community and the markets by building, maintaining and developing a constant, proactive and trusting relationship with shareholders and market operators, promoting dialogue activities that help to understand and evaluate the Group. To this end, the Investor Relations Function assists top management in interacting with shareholders and market operators and in continuously monitoring market expectations.
The Investor Relations Function regularly organises one-to-one and/or group meetings with the financial community, either in person, digitally or hybrid, and schedules conference calls on the occasion of the publication of periodic results or roadshows for the presentation of important strategic developments.
Retail investors can contact the Investor Relations Function by e-mail, through the form on the company website or by letter. Responses can only be provided for issues related to IR activity and, as far as FNM stock is concerned, the Investor Relations Function can only refer to the information available on the company website and in particular to the documentation published on the site in compliance with legal obligations. The responsibilities of the Investor Relations Function do not include the issuance of comments or interpretations on the performance of the stock or financial advice on the investment in the stock.
Consistent with FNM’s commitment to environmental sustainability, the Investor Relations Function only transmits material in electronic format.
These Guidelines reflect the provisions of the Policy for managing dialogue with shareholders and stakeholders, approved by the FNM Board of Directors on 23 February 2022.
