The FNM holding company is listed on the Italian stock market Expandi of Milan. As a Holding Company, it ensures the strategic, operational and financial coordination of all the Companies of the Group.

The Holding company is also responsible for the supervision of the subsidiaries’ communication activities.

A majority shareholding of the FNM Group is held by the Lombardy Region.
